Bellatrix Adopted!

When we received an email about Belatrix from the neighbor of where she had been living for 5 years, it broke our hearts. She had been chained up outside by herself for 5 years in the back yard. She was ignored, neglected, fed very little and had no shelter. The neighbor could hear her crying day and night. The neighbor would throw food to her and try to console her. She pleaded with the family to take better care of her. Eventually the family got a puppy, moved out and left her behind! They told the neighbor that she could keep her! Well that was the best thing that could have happened as the neighbor rescued her and contacted us. It amazed us that she had not lost any faith in humans. She has the sweetest nature and is full of smiles. Everyday she seems so grateful to be loved at long last.  Last weekend she found her forever home and it was love at first sight! You can see from the photos just how happy she is now with a family who will stand by her and give her all the love that she deserves. Her name is now Bella. We will miss you Bella but we are so happy for you!
